   3. Access Cards/Keys: Members may be provided with access cards or keys for facility entry. Lost or stolen cards/keys must be reported immediately.
2. Code of Conduct
   1. Respect: Treat fellow members, staff, and equipment with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
   2. Safety: Follow posted safety guidelines, use equipment properly, and seek assistance when needed. Report any unsafe conditions to staff.
   3. Hygiene: Maintain personal hygiene and use gym facilities responsibly. Wipe down equipment after use and follow posted hygiene guidelines.
3. Facility Use
   1. Operating Hours: Quantum Fitness operates during specified hours. Members must adhere to these hours and vacate the premises promptly at closing.
   2. Equipment: Properly use and return equipment after use. Report any malfunctioning equipment to staff.
   3. Group Classes: Participation in group classes may be subject to availability and additional fees.
4. Payment Rules
   1. Authorization for Payment:
      By using Quantum Fitness services, you authorize Quantum Fitness and any engaged payment processing service provider, including payment gateways, to charge your credit card, debit your bank account, or process payment through any other offered means for any products or services you purchase through the Sites.
   2. Payment Responsibility:
      You represent and warrant that:
      You are the only one who will make payments in connection with the Sites.
      You shall use a valid payment card, bank details, or third-party wallets with the authority to use the same.
      You shall be responsible for any and all uses of your credit card, debit card, or any other payment means used in or under your name.
   3. Transaction Receipts:
      The payment receipt for the completion of a transaction shall be provided by the respective payment processing service provider, and the transaction summary shall be provided by Quantum Fitness.
   4. Unauthorized Transactions:
      Quantum Fitness shall not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions conducted on our Sites using your payment card, bank account, or internet banking. Quantum Fitness shall not be obligated to refund any money to you in such instances. Unless otherwise specified, any amounts paid to Quantum Fitness are nonrefundable.
   5. Declined or Incomplete Payments:
      Quantum Fitness is not liable for payments that are declined or remain incomplete due to the following reasons:
      Your payment card, bank account, or third-party wallet does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction, or the transaction exceeds the limit in respect of the chosen payment mode.
      Incorrect payment details provided by you.
      Expiry of your payment card.
      Circumstances beyond Quantum Fitness control, including but not limited to power outages, interruptions of cellular/internet service, or any other interferences preventing the execution of the transaction.
   6. Non-refundable Payments:
      Unless otherwise specified, any amounts paid to Quantum Fitness are nonrefundable.
5. Membership Termination
   1. Breach of Terms: Quantum Fitness reserves the right to terminate memberships for breach of these Terms or violation of gym policies.
   2. Refund Policy: Refund policies are outlined in our membership agreement. Please refer to the agreement for details.
6. Privacy Policy
   1. Personal Information: Quantum Fitness collects and processes personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
